Melissa Letteri
Melissa Letteri serves as Managing Director of Global Link Language Services, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in the language services industry. Recognized for her strategic vision, operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to client success, Melissa oversees all aspects of service delivery, client operations, and organizational growth. Her disciplined leadership ensures structured workflows, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships across regulated and complex industries.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Boston College’s Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences, where she double-majored in French and Italian Literature and studied Spanish. She further strengthened her expertise in French by earning the prestigious Certificat du français commercial et économique with “mention bien” from the Alliance Française in Paris.
Fluent in French, Italian, and Spanish, Melissa brings her multilingual proficiency to both executive leadership and client engagement, reinforcing Global Link’s global perspective and commitment to linguistic precision.

Anthony Federico
Anthony Federico serves as Business Development Manager at Global Link Language Services, Inc., a specialized provider of multilingual solutions for regulated industries since 1996. He plays a key role in positioning Global Link as a trusted, compliance-focused language partner supporting life sciences, legal, financial, government, and technical sectors operating in highly regulated environments.
With a strong background in business leadership and entrepreneurship, Anthony has helped expand Global Link’s capabilities in delivering structured, audit-ready language solutions for complex, high-compliance projects. His expertise spans strategic growth, enterprise client engagement, and industry-focused program development.
Bringing more than 30 years of experience in marketing, sales management, and organizational leadership, Anthony supports clients navigating regulatory and operational challenges across diverse industries. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Bentley College, as well as an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University.
