Our Story
Translation Solutions with a Human Touch
In 1996, Melissa Letteri and Anthony Federico founded Global Link with a simple mission to provide the highest quality language services to organizations around the world. Melissa, a longtime linguist, and Anthony, an entrepreneur, realized language service is not a one size fits all approach, Global Link was built around the unique language needs of each client and delivering customized language solutions. Since its founding, Global Link has grown organically by providing the best language solutions the industry has to offer at competitive rates. Today, Global Link’s clients include global brands, high-profile businesses, and government agencies. Its extensive network of translators, interpreters, and subject experts provides an array of services in more than 200 languages—all with a client-focused, consultative approach.

Anthony Federico
With more than 25 years in marketing, management and entrepreneurship Anthony, who holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Bentley College, as well as an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University, has advised clients in industries including legal, technology, pharmaceutical, banking, and consumer products. Among his core areas of focus are customizing international communication solutions to fit clients’ requirements, and building long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships within the Global Link ecosystem.

Melissa Letteri
Melissa Letteri is Global Link’s Managing Director. Melissa has a deep understanding of the Translation and Interpreting industry, and also brings extensive experience in International Cash Management, and Sales & Marketing to meet the needs of Global Link’s diverse clientele.
Melissa holds a BA cum laude from Boston College’s Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences where she double majored in French and Italian Literature, and also studied Spanish. She also holds the prestigious Certificat du français commercial et économique with a “mention bien” from the Alliance Française in Paris.
Melissa is fluent in French, Italian and Spanish.
