Who We’re Looking For
Regulatory & Expert Translators
Native-language professionals
Minimum 10 years’ experience in regulated content
Subject matter expertise in Technical, Financial, or Legal sectors
Experience with clinical, regulatory, or compliance documents
Familiarity with terminology databases and CAT tools
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, JD, or equivalent) preferred
Experience reviewing regulatory or clinical materials
Strong understanding of global regulatory expectations
Quality Assurance Specialists
Experience in TEP (Translation–Editing–Proofreading) workflows
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
Detail-oriented with structured review methodology
Project Managers (Regulated Content)
Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven regulated projects
Strong documentation control and audit trail management skills
Excellent client communication and risk mitigation abilities
Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
,Minimum 10 years of professional experience in their area of specialization
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in the content they translate or review
Native-level proficiency in the target language
Strong command of industry terminology and documentation standards
Experience working within structured Translation–Editing–Proofreading (TEP) workflows
Comfortable operating in compliance-driven, quality-controlled environments
Familiarity with terminology management and documented QA processes
Experience supporting regulated or high-compliance projects is strongly preferred.
