The challenge:

Global Link was engaged to provide the state with professional translation services of the phased reopening due to COVID-19, by the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, (EOHED) a Massachusetts state agency. The EOHED produced content for reopening the state in 4 phases for each industry sector. It was critical that the large volume of information be translated accurately, but make it easily understandable to the multilingual communities in Massachusetts. Global Link objective was to translate and localize these documents accurately and clearly, but in an expedited manner to ensure the information was timely and relevant in each language to the various industries.
